In this case we dealt with the complete teeth loss on the right side, irregularity of the gums above the incisors and decayed teeth crowns.

         By implantation we recreated lacking teeth. We corrected disordered gum’s aesthetic above the incisors and decayed teeth were rebuilt with the help of full-ceramic crowns. The whole smile rebuilt was fixed to intact, Turing treatment ‘two’, creating the full harmony and naturalness.

Advanced periodontitis caused protrusion and teeth lowering with the whole front part of the jaw. During treatment teeth were orthodontically receded to the proper position. The gum was raised. In the end the prosthetic reconstruction of all the lower and upper teeth was made. Now the patient can smile without being embarassed which was always her dream.

As the result of side teeth loss it leads to an excessive strain of front teeth, which as the consequence leads to pathological clash and occlusion lowering In order to recreate the smile in such strong decay we raised the occlusion height on lateral teeth and we rebuilt the gums in the front section. The whole was prosthetically reconstructed with crowns and bridges. Isn’t the effect impressive?

In the presented case lateral teeth were lost which caused front teeth strain and improper protrusion. The treatment process consisted in orthodontic receding of the ‘front’, gum reconstruction and complex reconstruction of the whole dentition. Now the projection of teeth matching the age gives the full comfort and happiness in everyday life.

Decay and teeth displacement together with gums caused occlusion and aesthetic disorder in the lateral section. Gum alignment and reconstruction with crowns helped to reconstruct the correct occlusion and aesthetics.

Lack of any lateral tooth can be permanentny reconstructed with the help of implants. On two implants three teeth were reconstructed chich gave the possibility of the correct occlusion reconstruction and the comfort of use without the need of movable prosthesis.

Prosthetic crown reconstructed heavily decayed molar tooth. Before fixing the crown tooth structure was reconstructed with the crown-root filling.

The whole upper jaw was reconstructed on prosthetic crowns. Previous fillings were put under the gum and damaged it causing inflammation and periodontitis. In the last picture (half year after completed treatment) reconstructing interdental pappila is visible.

In the case of labial surface destruction of the front teeth its re construction with composite does not always allow to reach completely satysfying aesthetic effect. The solution the can be porcelan veeners.

In the result of accident one of the ‘ones’ was fractured and the second decayed, in consequence discolouration. The patient was wearing removable acrylic denture for several years. The final effect is the result of prosthetis re construction with permanent crowns and bridges. Now the patient does not have to be worried or embarrassed, that Turing smiling something will fall out or that teeth are discoloured.

This case show u show it is possibile to reconstruct teeth deficiencies on the sides with the help of prosthetic bridge. However the most preferable method of this type of deficiencies reconstruction are implants which do not strain additionally aou own teeth.

When during smiling the gums reveal , the harmony of teeth and gums attracts the attention. After the ‘one’ injury the gum raised. The attempt of its optical reconstruction by applying a pink mas king porcelain did not help. Gum’s reconstruction and applying full-ceramic teeth crowns allows to completely forg et about ‘controlling’ the smile.
